The client company is a producer of electronic equipment with 10+ manufacturing facilities in Europe, Asia, and the US, serving the global market with a turnover of 500+ million euros per year.

Juhani Konu is a well-known Executive Recruiter in Finland.

He has worked in the field for over 25 years with cross-border assignments worldwide, in 70 countries in total. He specializes in executive search and managerial assessments. He is a shareholder of InterSearch Worldwide and the Managing Partner of InterSearch in Finland. He has been a member of the board of the Finnish Work & Organisational Psychologists’ Association since 2007 and most of that time as chairman.

He holds two master’s degrees: in economics and in psychology.
